Promoting a Positive House Life Where Nobody Sweats the Small Stuff
For those of you with children, creating a container fairy garden in your garden room might get you nominated for parent of the year. To set the scene for you, imagine a quaint miniature living space for those quirky fairies to spend endless hours reveling as they do. We have included the instructions for setting up such a fantasy space, but we know first hand that once you get started your imagine will take you in its own direction.
For starters grab a wide mouthed plant pot with a drainage hole, good potting soil, moss, litodora, shells, rocks, bark and twigs. Then fill the pot with the soil and begin to map out the layout for the fairies playground. Use larger rocks to a build grotto, and small ones to make a pathway. Then mix the shells and match wooden items with them to produce furniture. Then, decide whether you want to complete the project so that it is just perfect for the first viewing by your child, or if you want to leave room for him or her to add in their own special touches.
